As part of our overall programme we have developed a framework of competencies with simple definitions which focus on building work readiness in young people.
THINKING – things like: creativity, critical thinking, innovation, problem solving, independence and judgement.
DOING – things like: adaptability, planning, coordination, collaboration, continuous learning and growth mindset.
RELATING – things like: understanding emotions, empathy, focus, stress management and navigating relationships.
In addition, the framework includes development activities in the areas of:
1. Digital Acumen; 2. Global Perspective; 3. The World of Work
